Now you’re here, let’s start with an introduction: ANNAMO is a feminine-conscious health and wellbeing platform with curated classes to suit every mood of your menstrual cycle: from PMS to powerhouse.

We believe mindset, healthy habits and routine are the building blocks for wellness. Period. We as feminine beings are powerful, thunderous and in flow - but rarely all at once (we’re not Beyonce). 

ANNAMO coaches full body Pilates and HIIT for those who want to sweat it out, strength and yoga to give weary bodies some love, meditation programs to go deeper, and workshops to support thy self through the four stages of your cycle: menstruation, the follicular phase, ovulation and the luteal phase.

We want you to feel seen and held -  every body is free to flow. So wipe your sweaty brow while you lean into the resistance and build your best self, whatever your flex.

Our classes are created to embody joy in every movement, even when you want to cry (kidding!) There is an abundance of movements, classes and monthly workshops to support your body and experience level, where you’ll sweat, discover and truly challenge yourself.
