HANNAH MOLONEY

Meet Hannah, the face, founder and head trainer of ANNAMO. Hannah lives and breathes fitness and wellness – prior to ANNAMO she was running her own Personal Training and Pilates business on the Mornington Peninsula. Her passion for females training with their menstrual cycle stemmed from her own personal experiences pushing herself to fatigue. After educating herself on how powerful the outcome can be when you slow down and be in tune with your body, starting ANNAMO became a no brainer.

Her outgoing and enthusiastic personality supports, motivates and pushes you through all her workouts – she’ll laugh and cry with you through it all.

In addition to all of the above, Hannah is now teaching Prenatal classes on ANNAMO too. Hannah’s biggest goal with introducing prenatal to the platform is wanting to make it as authentic as possible, and what is more authentic than her going through the pregnancy journey with you!

 

TAYLA SMITH

Meet Tayla — your new SHAPE trainer here at ANNAMO. Tayla has been a long-time lover of Pilates, gaining her certificate way back in 2015. She has always loved learning the ins and outs of our incredible bodies, and how to best strengthen and empower them through movement. Since then, she has also become a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and is super passionate about growing her knowledge of how we can best nurture and fuel our bodies. With personal experience of burning herself out doing relentless cardio and not much else, Tay has learnt the benefits and importance of ongoing strength training for your wellbeing and longevity.

Based on the Mornington Peninsula, Tay has always lived close by to the beach. When she isn’t training you’ll find her enjoying the sun, eating (😂), or drinking probably too much coffee!

You’ll love Tay sweating and laughing along with you in our SHAPE classes on ANNAMO, with a focus on strengthening and shaping those muscles so you can feel stronger and empowered in your own skin.

BEC TIPPETT

Meet Bec! Your new mat Pilates and high-intensity teacher on ANNAMO. Bec found Pilates through her running coach and ever since she has been obsessed. She loves how it has not only changed her physical body, but positively changed her mental state and social environment too. 

A Melbourne girl at heart, Bec now lives in Sydney and when she isn’t teaching or in a pilates class herself, you’ll find her outdoors in the sun always moving or doing anything from swimming or hiking.

Bec is a senior Pilates teacher in one of the best studios in Sydney and has been teaching for over three years. She loves teaching to move with your breath and she will always promise an intense workout for the body and mind.

EMILY KING

Our bright and bubbly queen of yoga. Emily has been a yoga teacher for the past four years. Prior to yoga she was a twirling and swirling ballerina since the age of three. Emily spent six years in elite full time study in Melbourne and Perth.

After years of pushing her body beyond the limits, Em wanted to step back from ballet and that’s when she found Yoga. Em adores the practice of yoga because it has taught her to be kind to her body, listen to it and honour it.

Her carefree energy and big smile will fill your room when practicing with her.
